What you'll be doing: • Lead audit and assurance engagements from start to finish---you know the drill • Manage and mentor remote audit staff and seniors (yes, entirely virtually) • Build solid relationships with clients who actually appreciate good work • Review financials and keep everything tight with GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards • Be the go-to person when technical accounting questions get tricky • Spot opportunities to help clients (and us) work smarter • Share ideas with leadership---we actually want to hear them What You Bring • CPA license (active and in good standing) • 5+ years in public accounting audit/assurance • Experience managing teams and juggling multiple engagements • Solid grasp of U.S.
