Benefits Worth Noting • Two firm‑wide wellness shutdowns per year — July and year‑end • Competitive base up to $160,000 + bonus (10‑15%) • Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision • 401(k) with employer contribution • CPA exam support and continuing professional education reimbursement • Access to a global network of subject matter experts • Advanced technology stack and fully paperless environment • Offshore team support to keep your bandwidth where it belongs Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage Single Audit and NFP assurance engagements from planning through issuance • Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and compliance • Serve as primary client contact — managing relationships, timelines, and deliverables • Mentor, supervise, and develop senior associates and staff • Identify and communicate risk areas, technical issues, and audit findings clearly and proactively • Stay current on Uniform Guidance, Government Auditing Standards, and evolving audit standards • Collaborate with partners on practice development and engagement strategy Qualifications • Active CPA license required • 5+ years of public accounting audit experience • Single Audit / Uniform Guidance experience required — this is the differentiator for this role • NFP audit background strongly preferred • Experience managing client relationships and supervising audit teams • Strong technical knowledge of audit standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements • Self‑directed and comfortable operating in a fully remote environment • Collaborative, team‑first mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills Additional Opportunity If you are a Senior Manager or Director with Single Audit experience, we encourage you to apply — there may be an opportunity at your level as well.
