Apply now for the position as Asset Management Audit - Manager (m/f/d) at the Zug or Zurich location. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliLead end-to-end audits of financial statements for asset managers, private equity firms, and private markets funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAO and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER), overseeing planning, execution, and completion /liliDrive the audit of complex investment valuations across all asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate, ensuring technical rigor and thoroughness.

Manage SEC filing requirements and audits of companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, including coordination with PCAOB and SOX requirements where applicable /liliAssess and advise on clients' compliance with FINMA regulatory requirements, leading supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelines.

Prepare audit files for Partner review and take a leading role in presenting audit findings to senior management and Boards of Directors /liliBuild, develop, and deepen long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor on technical accounting and regulatory matters.
