We serve as trusted advisors to some of the world's most sophisticated private equity and asset management firms, helping them navigate complex fund structures, evolving regulatory frameworks, and the growing demands of global investors. /p pbAudit - Manager/Senior Manager - Private Equity/Asset Management - 80-100% /b /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liLead end-to-end audits of financial statements for asset managers, private equity firms, and private markets funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAO and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER), overseeing planning, execution, and completion /li liDrive the audit of complex investment valuations across all asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate, ensuring technical rigor and thoroughness /li liManage SEC filing requirements and audits of companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, including coordination with PCAOB and SOX requirements where applicable /li liAssess and advise on clients' compliance with FINMA regulatory requirements, leading supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelines /li liAdvise clients on business opportunities arising from PwC USA's initiatives in asset management, supporting significant product and investment launches /li liCoordinate and lead international engagement teams across the USA, Europe, and other regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality delivery /li liPrepare audit files for Partner review and take a leading role in presenting audit findings to senior management and Boards of Directors /li liBuild, develop, and deepen long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor on technical accounting and regulatory matters /li liChampion the use of digital audit tools, data analytics, and automation to continuously improve audit quality and deliver greater value to clients /li liDevelop and inspire your team through active coaching, structured feedback, and creating an environment where people can grow and thrive /li liContribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, thought leadership, and expanding our presence in the private markets space /li /ul h3Your Skill Set /h3 ul liA university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; completion of a Swiss CPA (dipl.
