Script Assist is building the operating system for private healthcare, starting with medical cannabis and expanding into ADHD and other controlled medications.

We already process tens of thousands of prescriptions per month and we’re growing ~10-~20% month-on-month.

That means you’re you’re joining a scaling platform of record powering real clinical and pharmacy operations across the UK.

This is not a support role. This is high-ownership, consulting-led delivery at the sharp edge of digital health.

The role

You’ll be the principal consulting partner to a portfolio of UK clinics and pharmacy groups, leading delivery end-to-end and becoming the person clients trust to make the platform work brilliantly for their workflows.

If you’ve done Big 4 healthcare consulting and you know what it takes to deliver EHR/EMR/HIS / clinic systems in the real world, this is the most interesting job you’ll see this month.

What you’ll do

• Own UK client relationships as their trusted delivery lead: discovery → workflow design → governance → go-live.
• Lead EHR/EMR/clinic system delivery: onboarding, configuration, workflow adaptation, integrations, UAT, training, launch + hypercare.
• Drive adoption across clinicians, ops teams, and pharmacy staff — turning change into real usage.
• Unblock complexity fast: translate messy operational reality into crisp product/engineering actions.
• Build the playbook: delivery methodology, templates, governance cadence, KPI dashboards, best practices.
• Shape the roadmap: capture insights from the front line and influence what we build next.

You MUST have

• Big 4 consulting experience: Deloitte / PwC / EY / KPMG (healthcare / healthtech / payer-provider / digital health).
• Direct exposure to EHR / EMR / HIS / clinic management system delivery (implementation, optimisation, workflow redesign).
• Strong executive presence: you can run workshops, write crisp outputs, and handle senior stakeholders confidently.
• Excellent English (written + verbal) and comfort working with UK teams.
