YOUR TASKS

Support and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program/System Perform audits and inspections (internal/external; scheduled/unscheduled) in the areas of Airworthiness, Maintenance, and Management Systems Compliance checks/updates regarding aviation legislation (EU No. 1321/2014 Airworthiness & Maintenance, etc.) and best practices and recommended standards within the Aviation Industry (e.g., IATA, IOSA, Authorities, Customer) Drafting and checking of company documentation (manuals, processes/procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.) Support of EAT departments on a daily basis Preparation/analysis of reports/statistics Cross‑functional projects/initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree program and several years of relevant professional work experience, preferably with specialization in Airworthiness, Maintenance, and Management System related to Compliance Monitoring. Minimum three years of work experience within the aviation industry. Completed auditor training.

Analytical thinking and ability to work precisely and with high quality even under time pressure. Team player with respectful attitude, rhetorical strength, and assertiveness. Willingness to travel, work night shifts, and weekends. Proficient knowledge of MS Office and IT affinity. Very good knowledge of German and English.
