Our primary responsibility is the auditing and booking of freight invoices.

Team Purpose: We are the Freight Audit team at TAKKT Industrial & Packaging GmbH, consisting of four dedicated members. Our team operates from Stuttgart, 1st floor, where we work on-site every Tuesday, with remote work options for the rest of the week.
Tasks
• Audit and book freight invoices
• Support with freight cost requests
• Assist in managing special shipments within Germany
You will learn
• How freight auditing and booking works in an international logistics setting
• Insights into European and global transport logistics
• Hands‑on experience with ERP, warehouse management and Freight Audit systems (TOP, loxxter, FraKKt, Oxaion)
Your Profile
Must‑Have: Interest in (transport) logistics
Nice‑to‑Have: Familiarity with KK-AX and TOP, Interest in accounting processes, Experience in one of the TIP warehouses
