As an Auditor (m/f/d), you will work in a motivated, cross-functional team with high visibility across the entire organization. Your Responsibilities:

• Assist and participate in financial audits and advisory projects for John Deere units worldwide, including new acquisitionsSupport and conduct reviews and testing of business processes and accounting transactions to evaluate risks on financial reporting according to US GAAPAssist and complete advisory reviews and engagements to support the business with process evaluation, system implementations, and other internal consulting projectsWork with the unit on aligned understanding to mitigate the riskParticipate in specialized projects as agreed uponConduct interviews independently, complete work papers throughout the audit with high quality as well as follow-up on review comments in a timely manner to meet overall audit timelines, often for multiple workpapers/audits at one timeMake assessment of control quality and effectiveness as well asl perform testing, which may lead to the issuance
  of findings which are scoredWhat Skills You Need:Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or equivalent3 years of professional experience in a relevant Finance and Accounting area such as GL Accounting, Financial analysis and ControllingGood understanding of SOX, internal controls, and US GAAPHigh level of intellectual curiosity and understanding for potential risks Analytical skills and ability to think out of the boxHighly engaged and motivated to work in teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of EnglishFlexibility for business travel (around 30%)This tariff position is limited to 12 months.
