Mission
As part of Quality Team , the Process Auditor must:
Carry out quality audits in the Company's Domains based on the Quality Management System (QMS) standards; advise auditees for improving operating methods, to ensure the definition, validation and follow up of action plans; issue appropriate alerts in the event of delays Supervise the implementation of action plans and evaluate their effectiveness in controlling the processes audited Support the Risk Assessment evaluation of the company's Domains based on the QMS standards as preventive approach Expected result Detect and assess the seriousness of the risks of the audited processes, with focus on all processes related to the Product Conformity Inform the Quality System Corporate Audit Manager, relevant audited departments at the right level according to the seriousness of these risks Share the findings and the risk assessment with all stakeholders, taking their opinions objectively into account, in order to initiate effective improvement actions Validate the robustness of the action plans and alert in the event of any deviation from their progress Follow up the results coming out from action plan Support the definition of training plan based on Company priorities and execute it Represent the Customer Experience Department in the audited entities, depending on the context Pre
