Our Actuarial team provides a full range of actuarial support in the areas of life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance as well as pension funds.
We collaborate regularly with other teams in Audit & Assurance as well as with other lines of services, like Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory or Technology & Transformation, on large-scale projects.
In this position, you will be integrated into an experienced project team right from the start and will have day-to-day responsibilities to deliver reliable solutions. How you can make an impact Act as the main point of contact for pension topics for Deloitte Switzerland.
Directly lead a variety of client projects, such as M&A transactions, audits for pension funds or valuations. Manage the lifecycle of projects from proposals, contracting, delivery to invoicing. Business development: identification of business ideas and opportunities, generation of new business with internal and external clients.
Participate and lead thought leadership. All aspects of the employee lifecycle from finding, acquiring and training new talent to performance reviews and promotions. Who we are looking for You have a University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or similar quantitative field.
You are a qualified actuary “Actuary SAA” or equivalent. You have experience in an actuarial position either in the Insurance industry or in Consulting. You have excellent analytical and communication skills with a real willingness to learn and make a difference, and you enjoy working with different people from different fields.
You communicate confidently in German and in English with different levels of stakeholders. You demonstrate proven business development experience.
