Senior International Auditor

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and remote audits of national and international license partners
• Review sales reports, license fees, and contractual obligations
• Analyze business processes and identify deviations or risks
• Prepare structured audit reports and develop recommendations for action
• Follow up on action items and ensure their implementation
• Continuously enhance audit standards, methods, and tools
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Partner Management
• Take responsibility for reviewing and ensuring that license partners comply with contractual, financial, and operational standards

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in auditing, compliance, or public accounting
• Ideally, experience working with licensing or franchise models
• Strong analytical thinking and a pronounced affinity for numbers
• Structured, independent working style and strong assertiveness
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Additional language skills, such as Italian or Spanish, are an advantage
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the working time within Europe
