This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with strategic influence, working across diverse functions while helping Novartis deliver better outcomes for patients worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver technology-focused audits across data, Artificial Intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity and wider digital risk areas. /li liAssess technology risks and evaluate related controls to identify gaps, themes and improvement opportunities. /li liContribute to annual risk assessment and audit planning by sharing insights on emerging technology risks. /li liParticipate in multiple audits each year, providing subject matter expertise to other audit teams where required. /li liAnalyse root causes of control issues and recommend practical, business-focused actions to strengthen risk management. /li liEngage confidently with stakeholders to discuss findings, challenge constructively and agree clear outcomes. /li liSupport continuous improvement across Internal Audit by bringing technical insight, curiosity and independent thinking. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ul liStrong technical experience across cloud, Artificial Intelligence and data with cybersecurity experience a bonus. /li liAbility to apply technical knowledge to risk, controls, governance or assurance-related activities. /li liProven self-starter who can work independently, manage ambiguity and deliver quality outcomes with limited supervision. /li liStrong analytical skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues and identify practical solutions. /li liStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility, challenge constructively and influence outcomes through thoughtful, evidence-based discussion. /li liStrong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences. /li /ul h3Desirable Requirements /h3 ul liProfessional certification in cloud technologies, auditing, information security, cybersecurity or technology risk management. /li liDemonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, data platforms or cybersecurity with relevant industry certifications preferred. /li /ul h3Benefits Rewards /h3 pExpected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 137,900 to 256,100 CHF Annual. /p pThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and will be reviewed periodically upon joining Novartis. /p pIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
