As an independent function within the Roche Group, the Financial Compliance Team partners with our two core businesses and group functions to proactively manage financial compliance risks. /p pWe are a multicultural, dynamic team based in Basel, and we are looking for a driven Senior Auditor to help us uphold the highest standards of financial integrity. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pAs a Senior Financial Compliance Auditor, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

Your core responsibilities will include: /p ul liAudit Testing: Plan, coordinate, and conduct ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) design and operating effectiveness testing for several Group companies and HQ functions /li liRisk Management: Participate in financial risk assessments and scoping activities for ICFR to maintain a robust internal control environment across the Roche Group /li liProcess Improvement: Support and drive the implementation of strategic action plans to resolve any identified process or control weaknesses /li liStakeholder Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with Group and divisional business process management functions on matters related to Financial Compliance /li liTeam Empowerment: Champion best practices by supporting and leading training sessions for Roche Finance employees on ICFR-related topics /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pYou are a highly analytical and collaborative professional who thrives in an international environment.

You bring strong financial acumen, an eye for process improvement, and excellent communication skills. /p ul liEducation: A university degree with solid academic credentials, ideally in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting /li liExperience: 3–5 years of experience in external auditing (Big 4 strongly preferred) or direct experience in Finance /li liLanguage: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must /li liCore Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, synthesis skills, and deep process and risk knowledge /li liSoft Skills: A dedicated team player with proven communication and influencing abilities /li liProfessional certification such as a CPA (or equivalent) /li liDirect experience working within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry /li liTech Innovation: A strong IT curiosity with the willingness to explore and implement new digital solutions and tools to continuously increase process efficiency /li liProficiency in additional languages /li /ul pLocation: Basel, Switzerland / Travel: Approx. 15% /p pWho we are /p pA healthier future drives us to innovate.
