Responsibilities Lead annual and consolidated financial statement audits in accordance with HGB and IFRS Responsible for the team’s deliverables and the quality of work Preparation of working papers Support special business audits and advisory engagements Identify areas for optimization and provide solution-oriented advice to clients Advise on accounting-related, tax, and business management matters Requirements Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field 2 to 3 years of experience in external audit Strong knowledge of national (HGB) and international (IFRS) accounting standards Intention to pursue professional qualification as a tax advisor (Steuerberater) or certified public auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) Solid MS Office skills Good command of English Ability to work independently and take ownership Team player with a service-oriented approach Confident demeanor
