You’re the person who walks into a retail location and spots anomalies others miss, identifies risks before they surface, and builds systems that ensure consistent detection.
You will design and own the audit framework that protects the integrity of M‑KOPA’s retail network, drives accountability across locations, and delivers data‑driven insights that inform executive decisions.
What the work actually looks like
Lead inventory and compliance audits across M‑KOPA’s retail outlets – conducting physical counts, reconciling variances, and collaborating with analysts and stock controllers to investigate discrepancies.
Perform comprehensive compliance checks covering branding standards, health and safety protocols, record‑keeping accuracy, and adherence to operational processes, scoring locations objectively and providing structured feedback to drive improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans for management review. Analyze audit results and operational data to identify patterns, surface risks, and generate insights that shape strategic decisions across the network.
