Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine audit checklists and methodologies for remote assessment.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on improving their sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity throughout the audit process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all audit activities and communications.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to enhance auditing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sanitation management, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance auditing, with a strong focus on hygiene standards.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant South African and international standards (e.g., SABS, HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Proven experience in conducting audits, preferably with remote auditing capabilities or experience.
• Excellent report writing skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting software, audit management platforms, and standard office applications.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
