Responsabilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following: Plan, perform, and conduct audits; maintain records and track corrective actions Organize, perform, and supervise external and desktop audits Monitor audit findings and responses to internal/external audits Provide status reports for management reviews Prepare, issue, and deliver training materials and sessions Manage supplier and contractor oversight Supervise the Company FOD Program Investigate root causes and follow up on corrective actions Review regulations and propose implementation guidance Oversee aviation authority approvals and support internal queries Monitor the Company's cost of non-quality Use IT tools (q/star, q/scan, ProX) and MS Office for related tasks Behind the scenes Video: https://player.vimeo.com/video/https://player.vimeo.com/video/999455912 Lufthansa Technik Portugal Taking off together Benefits Flight privileges Life Insurance Medical Insurance Employee and networking events Flight privileges, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Employee and networking events Requirements We are seeking a Quality Engineer - Audit Management, to conduct internal/external audits, ensure compliance.

You'll collaborate across teams, manage supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent experience with required professional background Good written and spoken English skills Proven knowledge about root cause analysis and methodes Proven Auditing experiance Proven knowledge about EASA Part 145 and/or ISO 9100/9110 Ability to work in a team Ability to structure, schedule and plan complex work processes/issues Willingness to work abroad on short or midterm duty travel Resilience to stress and high workload, conflict management skills Please send your application in English.

Tasks As a Quality Engineer in Audit Management, you perform internal and external audits, identify root causes, drive corrective actions, support process compliance across departments, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Candidates must have the right to live/work in Portugal.
