Responsible for the timely review of financial and business records to determine final earned premium.

Meets or exceeds production target while maintaining quality standards Communicate with insureds and agents to discuss records and operations and/or to clarify and validate existing and new operations which directly affect the underwriting of the risk Calculates and bills final policy premium after audit has been reviewed; reconciles results and escalates as appropriate Utilizes business knowledge to respond to questions regarding risk classification, class code application, and state rules and regulations Works with premium audit supervisor and peer audit team to analyze and conclude final audits What it Takes High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of related work experience Working knowledge of PC software applications Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Capability to meet and adapt to deadlines and workload fluctuations Excellent customer engagement and service skills Great judgment and decision-making ability Analytical skills to effectively interpret manual rules and audit information Basic aptitude for mathematics, accounting, and financial documents beneficial What You'll Receive Sentry is happy to offer flexibility through a scheduled Hybrid work model.

Monday and Friday work from home if you choose to, Tuesday through Thursday you’ll work in office As a Sentry associate, you will have an in-office workspace and materials for your home office. In addition to the laptop, you will receive prior to your start, Sentry will provide equipment for your home office.

This role will support the premium audit function focused on the completion of final audits for commercial lines of business for customers located across the United States. What You’ll Do Evaluates moderately complex voluntary audits for commercial lines to determine accurate classification and policy provisions to calculate final earned premium.
