Role: Management Systems Auditor (West Midlands) Location: UK Homebased in the Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and South Birmingham areas Salary: Competitive basic salary based on experience, plus company car, incentive bonus & great benefits package Are you looking to advance your career by becoming an external auditor for a global leading certification body?

You will be conducting independent assessments of our clients’ management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

To be successful in this role, you have: • Either a degree‑level qualification in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering, or • Two years of industrial experience in any of the following: supplier chain audits, National Highway Sector Scheme (NHSS), clean/waste water management, manufacturing and/or construction (mandatory) • Good working knowledge of quality, environment and health & safety management systems and auditing (mandatory) • Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 with multi‑sector experience, IOSH or NEBOSH certifications (desirable) • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with great attention to detail • Excellent communication, presentation and client‑centricity • A full and valid UK driving licence What we offer In addition to your ongoing training and development, we also offer: • Generous annual leave allowance of 27 days (on top of bank holidays), with options to buy/sell additional annual leave days • Company car: a selection of car type to suit your needs, with vehicle tax, MOT and insurance all paid for • Company paid private medical insurance • Excellent company‑contributed pension scheme • Volunteer day to give back to the community • Rewards programme with access to discounts and cashback • Life assurance at 4x base salary plus a wide range of other flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle.

About the role As a BSI Auditor, no two days are the same!

We see a wide range of clients, from the very small to global brands in different industry sectors, through a hybrid approach of audits both on‑site and remotely.

You’ll take clients through the audit process and once this is completed, you’ll prepare a report and present your findings, ultimately helping our clients across diverse industry sectors to improve, reflecting business needs and the individual’s experience, qualifications and competence.

It is a hugely varied role with the opportunity to assess and understand all types of clients and each day brings something new. The role is UK homebased, with frequent travels to our clients’ site in the regions stated. Grow your career and expand your skills and knowledge.
