THE ROLE Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective fraud prevention measures. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (~50%). Investigate and identify potential financial fraud, irregularities, and discrepancies. Analyse financial data and transactions using SAP to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. Provide recommendations for improving internal controls and processes. YOUR BACKGROUND Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in financial auditing, with a strong emphasis on financial fraud or forensic accounting. Proven experience in the shipping industry is highly desirable. Advanced Excel analysis skills and ability to work with big data , to process it and analyze it. Proficiency in SAP and other financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. French or Spanish desirable. CONTRACT DETAILS Based in Geneva. Full Time. Starting ASAP.
