To strengthen the Group Internal Audit team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional with a strong audit background and the drive to develop within an international environment.

Internal Audit Manager (with exciting career progression opportunities) Your tasks - Lead and execute risk-based operational and financial audits across international subsidiaries - Assess business processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency to identify improvement opportunities - Develop and maintain global audit methodologies, programs, policies, and tools - Partner with business stakeholders and senior management across functions and regions - Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors regarding audit findings and remediation activities - Prepare high-quality audit reports with practical recommendations and present findings to management - Monitor implementation of agreed corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives - Contribute to strategic and special projects at Group level Your profile - University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Swiss CPA - Several years of experience in External Audit within a Big4 or international audit environment - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to build relationships across all organisational levels while maintaining professional independence - Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented personality - Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage - Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30–40%) Die Unternehmung bietet - Excellent opportunity to transition from external audit into an international corporate environment - High visibility towards senior leadership and decision-makers - Diverse and international audit assignments across global markets - Attractive long-term career prospects within the Group - Dynamic, collaborative, and modern working environment in Zurich Could this be your next long-term career step?
