Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader who can coach and motivate a multi‑national team. The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is located in Dubai Marina, offering 273 rooms. We are seeking an Income Auditor to manage hotel revenue. Location: Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, Dubai.
Responsibilities Monitor and record all in‑house charges and verify compliance with established policies. Ensure all revenues are captured, recorded, and posted accurately. Collect and review all revenue paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Review Travel Agent commissions and check for manual postings or edits.
Monitor and report suspicious or incorrect postings. Perform daily spot checks, alternating between areas checked. Verify payment methods are accurate and that all data has been transferred and posted fully. Perform any additional duties assigned by management and assist in other accounting areas as needed.
Minimum 2‑3 years of experience as an income auditor in a 5‑star hotel, a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. Strong organizational and administrative skills, high motivation, focus on training and staff development are required.
