OEKO-TEX® certifications and labels enjoy a high reputation worldwide among partners in the industry and consumers. /p pAre you passionate about quality,sustainability and shaping the future of textile and leather standards? /p pTo complement our team at thehead office in Zurich, we are looking for acommitted,dynamicpersonby appointment. /p pYou have a proventrack recordinqualitymanagement,auditing,projectmanagementandleadership.This role requires a strategic thinker with stronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills. /p h3Head ofQualityManagement Audit (100% – f/m/d) /h3 pWe offer you an exciting position that you can develop. /p h3Your area of responsibility /h3 ul liDefine and implement the quality management and audit strategy in line with OEKO-TEX® standardsand regulatory requirements /li liMange theimplementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems across certification and audit processes /li liAnalysing data toidentifyopportunities for improvement and producing reports /li liMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality control measures /li liPlanning,executionand evaluation of internal and external audits /li liEnsure audit methodologiesremaincurrent with evolving regulatoryandindustryrequirements /li liInvestigating complaints and implementing corrective actions /li liLead and develop a team ofQualityManagersand Junior QualityManagers /li liPartner withcertificate holders,certificationbodiesandinternal departments to align quality standards across the organisation /li liCollaborate with the ProductManagement Team forevaluation and further development of certifications /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum 8-10 yearsproven experience inqualitymanagementand audits,preferablyinthetextileor certification industry /li liMaster’sdegreein a relevant field (qualitymanagement,textiletechnologyor textile engineer) /li liStrong knowledge of quality management systems and international audit standards /li liStrong analytical,problem-solvingand decision-making skills.
