You’ll support our clients in achieving and maintaining SOC 2 compliance while helping us modernize how audits are delivered through our platform. What You’ll Work On • Leading and executing SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 audits for clients across industries • Assessing internal controls, identifying gaps, and providing actionable recommendations • Drafting and reviewing clear, high‑quality audit reports • Supporting clients through audit readiness and remediation • Collaborating with our platform team to improve audit workflows and efficiency • (Bonus) Contributing expertise in adjacent frameworks (e.g., SOC 1, ISO 27001) What We’re Looking For • Active CPA license • Proven experience conducting SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 audits • Strong understanding of internal controls, ITGCs, and risk assessment • Located in Germany (or authorized to support German clients remotely) • Excellent communication and reporting skills • Ability to independently manage client engagements in a remote setup • Bonus: experience with other assurance frameworks (SOC 1, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS) • Open to both individual freelancers and subcontractors operating their own company • Type: Freelance / Contract / Subcontractor (remote within Germany or EU) • Duration: Engagement‑based, with recurring opportunities • Start: ASAP Why Join Us? • Join a global network of freelance auditors working with leading technology companies • Flexible, remote engagements that fit your schedule • Work on impactful audit projects shaping the future of compliance and assurance • Access to our modern audit platform that streamlines delivery and reporting If this sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you.
