Among them, the MEROBA Geneva 111.3 Agency, which aims to manage the affiliations of companies in the technical building trades, collect and control the application of federal and cantonal social security contributions.
As part of a retirement departure, the MEROBA Geneva 111.3 Agency is looking for a AUDITOR (M/F) SUVA & AHV AT 80-100% Your mission You carry out audits with employers to verify the correct application of the legal provisions relating to Swiss social insurances.
Your main responsibilities - Conduct annual employer audits in the areas of AHV, IV, EO, ALV, SUVA as well as other tasks. - Verify declared salaries and contribution bases. - Enter audit reports, post-audit catch-up data and invoicing. - Check the compliance of salary practices with current legislation. - Advise companies on applicable social insurance provisions. - Collaborate with partner institutions and various stakeholders. - Ensure rigorous follow-up of files in compliance with quality and confidentiality requirements. - Monitor regulatory and legislative developments. - Participate in updating and developing the system.
Draft processes and documentation for the Agency. - Support the Agency’s affiliation activities; decisions; litigation.
Your profile - Commercial, accounting training or equivalent qualification. - SUVA-AHV auditor diploma mandatory. - Training in payroll management and/or social insurances mandatory. - At least 5 years’ professional experience in AHV and SUVA audits or in a similar role related to Swiss social insurances. - Excellent knowledge of Swiss social insurance legislation. - Strong knowledge of accounting, payroll and social contributions. - Analytical mind, rigour, organisational skills and client-oriented. - Ability to work independently and manage several files simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate diplomacy and tact. - Proficient with common IT tools (good command of Excel and csv files); knowledge of payroll management software is an asset.
