You will conduct audits worldwide as part of a team across all business areas of the Vaillant Group (up to 25% travel) and thereby make a significant contribution to transparency, efficiency, and the ongoing improvement of our processes You will analyze and evaluate existing structures and derive concrete recommendations for action in close cooperation with specialist departments and subsidiaries of the Vaillant Group You will prepare audit results in a target-group-oriented manner and present them confidently to management and executive leadership You will actively contribute to internal departmental projects (e.g. data analytics, artificial intelligence, ESG) You will also conduct special investigations (e.g. fraud-related topics) What makes us successful together Qualifications: Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a comparable field; additional certifications such as CIA or CISA are an advantage Experience: Several years of professional experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or related fields; career changers are welcome Personality: High level of integrity, strong analytical thinking skills, and initiative to drive projects forward independently; international mindset, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel Know-how: Solid IT skills or willingness to familiarize yourself with topics such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, and SAP Language skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills on all business levels.
