Audit Assistant Manager | Audit | 100 % | Geneva or Lausanne Your mission : Participate in / lead the audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS) Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, donor audits Work with our clients to create solutions to their financial accounting, process, and systems challenges Contribute actively to the growth and development of the Audit team at RSM Switzerland Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients throughout the year Develop an understanding of the RSM culture, team spirit, methodology and tools Be the brand ambassador for RSM and role model for younger team members, whilst promoting RSM values Your profile: Certified Accountant (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA or equivalent) (completed or in progress) 4–6 years of audit experience with both local and international clients, with proven expertise in Swiss CO, IFRS, and/or Swiss GAAP FER Demonstrated experience in managing international client portfolios and leading audit teams across complex mandates Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities Fluent in French, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English; knowledge of German is a strong asset Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other commonly used business applications; experience with data analytics tools is a plus Work location: Geneva or Lausanne Start: September 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
