Make it happen • take an active role in our assurance team and conduct cybersecurity assessments across the entire enterprise-wide landscape - from products and services to IT systems, factories, and software development centers • perform ethical hacking activities, design attack scenarios for state‑of‑the‑art technologies, and translate technical findings into clear management insights that enable effective decision‑making • apply hacking principles as well as red‑team methodologies, tools, and techniques to simulate real‑world threat behavior targeting cloud applications, on‑premise infrastructure, and digital products and services • collaborate closely with cybersecurity experts from various industries, helping them improve their solutions by addressing root causes and developing innovative approaches to modern security challenges • independently research the latest developments in cybersecurity technologies and threats and understand how they impact and shape the company's environment Be our forward thinker • hold a strong academic background (Master’s degree) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications such as GIAC GPEN, OSCP, OSWE, CRTP, eJPT, or CREST are a plus • bring solid professional experience in penetration testing within large-scale industrial or enterprise environments, including hands‑on expertise in areas such as application security, Active Directory attacks, EDR/antivirus evasion, C2 frameworks, or security automation; experience in CTFs, bug hunting, or vulnerability research (CVEs) is a plus • have strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C/C# • demonstrate a strong interest in cybersecurity trends and continuously develop your technical skills in a fast‑evolving environment • bring an international mindset, are open to occasional travel, and possess strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken A home where people learn and thrive • Permanent Employment • Attractive Salary • Mobile working in consultation • Individual Trainings We value diversity and therefore welcome all applications - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.
